Family & Caregiver Support

Strengthening Families to Support Student Success

Children thrive when the adults in their lives are supported.

As we work with students, we intentionally engage families and caregivers as essential partners in their child’s growth and learning.

Through shared learning spaces, access to resources, and community-building opportunities, we help caregivers strengthen their capacity to support their children academically and emotionally.

Our approach recognizes caregivers as their child’s first teachers and trusted advocates.

When families are supported, students show up stronger—in school and in life.

Here’s How We Can Support You

Open Table Dinners

Times for families to share a delicious, locally harvested meal and build connections with neighbors. Sponsored by RAVF and its partners, Open Table Dinners provide a space for attendees to expand their social networks and receive resources that address their individualized needs.

Family Nights

Core component of RAVF’s At the Table program, Family Nights bring children, parents, and caregivers together in a welcoming, community-centered space. These events feature interactive activities and opportunities for families to connect with RAVF staff and trusted community partners locally and safely.

Guardian Hub

Supportive community for caregivers to strengthen best practices, build peer and family networks, and access services. The Guardian Hub empowers families and parent aspirations through workshops on social media use, conflict resolution, bullying prevention, and understanding children’s academic progress in schools today.
