Founder/CEO Jaleesa Hall Inspires Youth at the 2023 National Mentoring Summit

Thursday, January 26th, was a day filled with fellowship, community, and positive change as Founder/CEO Jaleesa and the RAV staff joined fellow attendees at the 2023 National Mentoring Summit in Washington, DC. The event brings together mentors, leaders, community members, and organizations from across the country to share the positive work they do through mentoring. Jaleesa served as the guest moderator during the event's "Fostering Leadership Through Youth-Led Movements" plenary session, which featured guest speakers Amaris Ramey, Isabela Mavrides Calderon, Samuel Desai, and Asha Haddox-Rossiter. During this insightful panel discussion, Jaleesa shared her personal experience with leading a nonprofit organization and the powerful role that mentors play in cultivating youth leadership. "As a proud partner of the MENTOR subsidiary, MENTOR Maryland DC, we appreciate the opportunity to connect and share with others," expressed Jaleesa.
