Welcome to the Village, Rajene Harris!

Rajene Harris joins Raising A Village as a Data and Impact Associate in the Community Outreach Department at Raising A Village. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Rajene brings a wealth of data analytics, software engineering, and information technology skills to the team. She will utilize her skill set to bring RAV’s data to life and highlight the tremendous impact of its programming. “Data is an invaluable tool for measuring an organization’s progress and planning future goals,” Rajene said. “Fortunately, I have the educational and professional background to do just that, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to join the team and contribute to RAV’s mission.” 

Rajene is inspired by RAV’s work to tackle the challenges facing DC’s underserved communities, particularly in the areas of education and youth development. She is new to the DC area and eager to familiarize herself with the diverse communities RAV engages with. Outside of work, Rajene has volunteered with underserved youth and looks forward to a career focused on empowering them to reach their full potential.
