Congratulations to Our Founder/CEO for Completing the Fair Chance Praxis Partnership

On Friday, March 3rd, Founder/CEO Jaleesa Hall attended the Fair Chance Praxis Partnership Graduation and Celebration, an event that honors the hard work and accomplishments of the 2022 Praxis Partners. Jaleesa and fellow partners, Gail Avent of Total Family Care Coalition; Alana Brown of The Safe Sisters Circle; and Jeffrey Credit of Community Educational Research Group, were honored for their work with underserved children, youth, and families in the DC Metropolitan Area. "Participating in the Praxis Partnership has been a transformative experience for both myself and RAV's foundational framework," said Jaleesa. "I am grateful for the connections and resources that have developed through this partnership and look forward to witnessing their positive impact on RAV and the communities we serve."

The Fair Chance Praxis is a year-long, customized partnership designed for small nonprofits working to transform the lives of children, youth, and families experiencing poverty in Washington, DC. The partnership focuses on strengthening leadership and organizational systems across four or more of the following areas: Board Development, Financial Management, Fundraising, Human Resources, Leadership & Management, Outreach & Communications, Planning & Strategy, and Program Evaluation.
