Empowering Leaders at MENTOR Summit 2024

Founder/CEO Jaleesa Hall was invited to this year’s MENTOR Summit to serve as a guest clinician. To a standing room only crowd of executive directors, mentors, philanthropists, and non-profit cohorts, Jaleesa engaged and enlightened attendees on the subject: People Power & Capacity Building: How to Foster Successful Partnerships to Strengthen Your Workforce.

“The entire toolbox Jaleesa presented was incredibly valuable and to hear from someone facing the direct struggles of non- profit work was beneficial,” said one attendee during the feedback portion of the workshop.

Convened annually by MENTOR National, the National Mentoring Summit is an opportunity for mentoring practitioners, researchers, philanthropic investors, youth leaders, government, and civic leaders, as well as affiliates from across the country to unite under the shared goal of driving positive change for young people. “I am deeply humbled to have been given this platform to pour into other leaders who tirelessly stand on the front lines for our youth every day,” said Jaleesa. “Special thanks to the team at MENTOR National for giving me the wonderful opportunity to Reach, Teach, and Inspire!”
