Welcome to the Village, Jasmine Carr!

Jasmine serves as Raising A Village Foundation’s Admissions and Recruitment Associate. She is a recent graduate of the United Way of Maryland’s Community Impact Leadership program held in partnership with Notre Dame of Maryland University. Jasmine utilizes the skills she has mastered as she sustains the expansion of RAV's employment pool while further developing community interest in the Driven 2 Succeed program. Jasmine first cultivated her relationship-building skills through her work in the outreach departments of Towson University, Bowie State University, and the University of Baltimore, where she recruited high school students for various university programs and built connections with local organizations. “Through these great experiences, I have become comfortable getting out and talking to community members. These conversations allow me to build meaningful relationships that lead to sustainable partnerships,” Jasmine said. “I am honored to join an organization that empowers underserved communities to reach their full potential, and I cannot wait to see what I can do to help our team achieve.”
